Dress Code
Girls wear party dresses or skirts
of appropriate length and dress shoes with no more than a one-inch heel. Back
and shoulders must be covered by wide straps, a sweater, or a wrap. No denim or
flip-flops please.
Boys wear a coat and tie, dress
slacks, and dress shoes. No cargo pants, blue jeans, or shorts.
Arrival and Departure
Dancers must arrive promptly at 7:30
p.m. and be picked up promptly by 9:00 p.m. Failure
to comply with this schedule may result in dismissal and exclusion the following
year.
Absences
If your child is unable to attend a
session, please email info@connexiongroup.com.
Anyone with two or more unexcused
absences may be dismissed and will not be accepted the following year.
Conduct
Polite and respectful behavior is
expected at all dances. Rude and inappropriate behavior including abusive or
indecent language, leaving the premises, or property damage will not be
tolerated. A recurrence of such incidents may result in a child’s dismissal.
The possession of drugs, alcohol,
and tobacco will not be tolerated and will result in immediate and permanent
dismissal.
No cell phones, cameras, or chewing
gum.
The consequences for improper
conduct will be determined by and at the sole discretion of The Connexion Group
Executive Board.
Cancellation
In case of cancellation due to
inclement weather, notification will be made by 5 p.m. the day of the dance.
Cancelled dances will not be rescheduled or refunded.
Guests
No guests or substitutes are allowed at the dances.
